FOR DELEGATES

Any delegation may participate if one or more advisors are available to attend. However, delegations of students from more than one school are not eligible for Delegation Awards.

Position papers are mandatory to be considered for awards.

In-person CMUNC is a technology free conference. Laptops are integral to the virtual conference experience, however.

CMUNC’s dress code is Western Business Attire for opening/closing ceremonies and all committee sessions. Dress code for the Delegate Dance is casual.
FOR Advisors

Information about payment can be found on your invoice sent by finance@cmunc.net

Please send any delegation size changes to the SG. A new invoice will be sent to you to reflect these changes and your current payment status.

Periodically, the Director of Finance will send out emails confirming deposits or full payments received. Between mid-December and mid-January, the staff of CMUNC is not on campus and cannot receive payments until the spring semester starts. If you are ever unsure about the status of your payment, send an inquiry to finance@cmunc.net.

If there is a last minute drop and you are first on the waitlist, the SG will send you an email to let you know that you are no longer on the waitlist.

A committee/position preference form will be sent out in February after Regular Registration ends. Positions will be assigned and sent back to advisors within two weeks of receiving payment .

CMUNC is only able to provide transportation between the conference hotels listed here and the University or participating conference hotels. If you are using conference transportation, you must stay at one of these hotels, because the conference is not walking distance from any of the hotels.

We welcome international schools to attend CMUNC. However, coordinating transportation to and from Ithaca, NY is the responsibility of the advisor, and additional costs will not be covered by CMUNC. Advisors must also plan to get visas for travel to the U.S. if necessary.
